LeadMaster Calender

What's the difference between the LeadMaster Basic Calendar and My Calendar?

My Calendar is designed to make it easier for you to organize your events and appointments. Here are a few features that are only available in the My Calendar:

- You can view an entire month or focus on a specific date and time. You can also add Appts /Call Backs between dates.

- My Calendar gives you more control to add your events. You can control how you add appointments/Call Backs & Link them to Records.

- My Calendar allows you to manage your own calendar Filters by saving the filter for the displayed Appts/Call Backs in the calendar.

- Calendar View displays the Appts/Call Backs as the Calendar Grid View and List View displays the Appt/Call Backs in the list.

- Allows you to Print or Email the calendar.

Is there anything missing in new My Calendar that old Basic Calendar used to offer?

No. However, please note that appointments and reminders are not stored when moving between Basic and My calendar.

Can I switch back to the previous version of LeadMaster Calendar?

Yes, you can switch back to the previous version of LeadMaster Calendar even after you have been migrated to the new version. If you decided to switch back to a previous version of Calendar, please note that you will lose any data you have entered into the My Calendar or vice-versa. The two calendars are incompatible - the system does not move appointments between Basic and My Calendar.

Why doesn’t the event reminder pop up show up for all of the call backs and events?

The reminder box will only display those events for which the “reminder” setting is enabled. i.e. The Events having their “reminder” setting set to none will not show up in the reminder list.
