Is Lead-Xpress compatible with new versions of Outlook?
Yes, Lead-Xpress can be used with any version of Outlook. However, you will not be able to view the Lead-Xpress form directly in Outlook; rather you’ll need to click on the Lead-Xpress link. The reason is that Outlook doesn’t support the basic html rendering required by the Lead-Xpress forms. This is a Microsoft security feature.
When setting up Lead-Xpress the users result page does not display the same way as it does in the email notification page?
If the label set is not defined at the workgroup level the Lead-Xpress notification does not display correctly. Please make sure that label set is defined for the workgroup and all Lead-Xpress users are using the same label set.
