Q. Who can create new users in LeadMaster
A. The Workgroup Administrator (Account Owner) is the only one with ability to create new users.
Q. How do I change the timezone ?
A. Users can modify their timezone through through the user settings, in the navigation bar at the top of the page.
Q. If a new rep is taking over an old account, how do I provide the new rep with access to the all of the rep's old account?
A. The easiest way is to enter the privileges page for the username and change the username to the email address of the new rep.
