Q. How can I assign records to a new rep?
1. Search for the records you want to assign, go to the Options menu and select ‘Assign Records’. You have the option of sending an email notification or requesting an update to the records.
2. If you want to assign a single record, ‘Assign Record’ is available from the Options menu on both the Sales update page as well as the Edit Profile page.
