Can I add my own Feedback Questions?
Yes. Feedback questions are a valuable way of gathering lead quality information from your sales team. The account owner can add and delete feedback questions for users to answer about each of the leads you assign to them. To set up or amend your feedback questions go to the administration section, select create Custom Forms and choose the form type as feedback.

Can I change the Form Type after it’s been compiled?
Yes. If you’ve created a “Sales” form type and want to make it a “Web” form type, choose “design” next to the form name, then click “save as” in the top left. A new, non-compiled form will be created. From there, you can “edit” the new form and choose your form type.
