The Downloadable Fields function defines those fields that show up in the Custom Downloads feature of the Search Results page. This can be reached via the Administration function in the top banner of the application.

If you have special interest fields turned on and you want to download that data you’ll want to Add a New field to the download list. This menu is available from the ‘Available Fields for Downloading Page’, which you selected from ‘Downloadable Fields’ in Administration.
From the search results click on ‘Manage Download Templates’ at the bottom of the search results page.
You can either select one of the previously defined download templates or you can create a new one. To create a new template click on ‘Add Download Template’.
The user can then Save this Custom Download Template and then retrieve if from the Manage Downloads pop-up (prior page). Download Templates can be made Public for use by all authorized users of the workgroup but only the creator of the Download Template can edit/delete it.
The fields listed on Custom Download page are controlled by the Downloadable Fields function in Administration.
The order of the fields displayed on the Download Custom fields page as well as whether or not they are part of the default download template are controlled by the ‘Downloadable Fields’ function.
