How to check for deleted records and who deleted them?
There are 3 ways records can disappear from a workgroup:
1. Records can be archived
2. Records can be deleted
3. Records can be backed out
Archived Records: If records have been archived, then you can search the archives if you have permission.
Deleted and Backed Out Records: LeadMaster tracks a variety of actions in the system including deleted and backed out records. Submit a request to support with the dates in question and the name of the workgroup and they can do a search through the logs.
Restoration of deleted files is available for a fee. Please note, this requires reverting to a previous day’s backup, which will result in the loss of any data, entered into the system for the current day.
