To Change search results columns you first need to create a search View
To Do this go to Search->Search Results Views[usually a yellow button top left of screen]
A list of views will pop up. Click Create View.
Add in the columns you want to see and click save.
On the Search Screen at the bottom you can now change which view you would like use
