New Feature – Call Center Stats Report Now Includes Total Calls per Rep

The LeadMaster feature known as Call Stats / Click Actions / Express Updates is very useful, especially for call centers. When the call stats are used to disposition a call the Call Stat Report shows, for a given period of time, the quantity of each disposition. This is a great productivity report. Starting next week it will also includes the total for each caller.

Regardless of whether you’re using the checkboxes as Call Stats or Express Updates the new report is a great way to track what is happening.
