New Feature – Automation & Workflow Management – Request Update to Records

If you use LeadMaster’s Workflow Automation you know that in order to send a ‘Request to Update Records (a Lead-Xpress request) you need to use the task manager, at least until next week.

Starting next week the ability to request an update to a record will be available as an action, triggered from workflow processes configured for:


• Adding new records
• Updating existing records
• An email recipient opens an email message
• An email recipient clicks on a link in an email message

Here is an of example of how you can use this feature – if lead status has not been updated send a request to update the record. Simple, easy and straightforward.
