F.A.Q – login to your LeadMaster account in 2 separate windows
Is it possible to login to your LeadMaster account in 2 separate windows at the same time without the system kicking you out of one of them?
- While a logon can be set up to allow simultaneous logons, however because of the way the application logs certain data, having your logon open in two separate windows will cause conflicts and can lead to unpredictable results.
- The simultaneous logon feature is typically used for Admin accounts where multiple individuals may need to access a single logon strictly for administrative purposes , such as workgroup creation, logon administration etc…
- If you must use the same multiple simultaneous logons, then we recommend using different machines to log into different workgroups.
