Does the email sync only work one way to log in the history?
- The sync does work in both directions. In order to post a message from your Outlook to the LeadMaster system you will need to click the “Send & Log” button. If you have done that and you still do not see it attached to the contact for that email please check the file cabinet on the home page, which is where the server puts an email if it can’t find a matching contact.
