How can I remove previous versions of the Add-ins?
- Here is the workaround for removing previous versions of the Add-ins.
- Copy the zip file to disk from the support page to your disk.

- Extract x64_uninstall_workaround.reg
- Right-click the .reg file and select Merge
- Windows 7 will raise a User Account Control prompt – answer Yes
- Then Registry Editor will pop up a warning about adding information to the registry – click Yes again
- Click OK to the confirmation dialog from Registry Editor
- Once that’s done there will be two dummy entries in the registry that will convince the two install programs that Outlook is there so they can be uninstalled. That’s it – there’s no need to remove the dummy registry entries because they won’t do anything.
