F.A.Q - How does LeadMaster restrict emails with an invalid address from being sent to the sender?
There is a facility in LeadMaster that recognizes when emails bounce called the Bounce Manager. It is available in the administration section. It shows you both hard and soft bounces (hard bounce means invalid address, soft means error – eg. Mailbox full) and allows you to mark the email address as bad. The bad email designation is located in the edit/update section of the contact record. If an email address is marked as ‘Bad’ then email will not be sent to that email address.
