F.A.Q – filter for a specific rep

Even though I filter for a specific rep, other individuals continues to show up in the Call Center Stats Caller Summary Report?


The “Call Center Stats Caller Summary Report” shows everyone who has clicked on that call stat in the workgroup even if they aren’t assigned that record. For example, call centers and inside sales teams that use LeadMaster usually set those users up as administrators. Even though they aren’t assigned those records they’ll have access to those records because Administrators have access to all records in the workgroups.
