The View Marketing Activities page allows for the maintenance of the Marketing Activities function from an Admin perspective.
The View Marketing Activities function allows the Admin User to view what Marketing Activities have been set in a WorkGroup and by whom:
The Admin has the ability to remove the Marketing Activities by clicking on the Back Out hyperlink for each one.
Marketing Activities can be added two ways:
Clicking on the ADD button in the Marketing Activities section of the Contact page [primary or secondary contact] this allows for adding a Marketing Activity to a single contact.
Clicking on the Add Activity in the Options Menu on the Search Results page allows adding a Marketing Activity to one or more selected records in the Search Results.
