This function is primarily used in conjunction with:

Custom web forms that allow for the automatic assignment of the Account Manager and/or Partner Rep by State/Country. Unlike the Zip Assignment function above this can be used for non-US based records.

Logic level can be set up and County/State can be assigned to them. The Logic level is then built into and referenced by the custom web form so that when records are add to a WorkGroup they will be automatically assigned.
Add Country allows for the manual input and maintenance of Country assignments:
The Country assignments would act as the “default” if there was a match on Country and no match on State.

The Default setting is used to designate a default Account Manager and/or Partner Rep assignment if there is no Country or State match in the State/County Assignments table.
