Reports, Custom Reports & Report Subscriptions

Even though I filter for a specific rep, other individuals continue to show up in the Call Center Stats Caller Summary Report?

The “Call Center Stats Caller Summary Report” shows everyone who has clicked on that call stat in the workgroup even if they aren’t assigned that record. For example, call centers and inside sales teams that use LeadMaster usually set those users up as administrators. Even though they aren’t assigned those records they’ll have access to those records because Administrators have access to all records in the workgroups.

How to I proceed if I want a standard report to be sent automatically? Is that possible?

Only custom reports are available for a report subscription. The Call Center Stats Summary Report is a Static report within LM.

Can I write my own reports?


There are 4 options for creating reports in LeadMaster:


- Built-in reports
- Custom reports
- Download data and create reports with a program like Excel
- Have LeadMaster create custom reports for you


The reports provided in LeadMaster are designed to provide a quick analysis of your leads. You can also set up custom reports, which will be added to your reports section. Custom Reports can be subscribed to.
