Manage Dashboard Settings

There are a number of standard reports that have been enhanced to have the ability to create a predefined graphical representation of the data on the user’s Home Page.

Here are the standard reports that are available as charts on the home page. Many of these reports have (Graph) after the name of the report.

These graphic reports can be added to the Home Page / Information Center / Dashboard by clicking Chart Report and then Save to Dashboard.



These reports can also be added and edited via the Add Report button on the Dashboard Settings page.



The Add Report page looks like this:

The parameters are:
· Report Name – name that will appear as chart name on Home Page
· Available Reports – list of available reports for charting (see list above)
· Chart Type – several type of charts are available




Chart Size – small and large (small will display two up depend on mix of small and large)
Display Order – order that charts will appear on the Home Page (left to right and top to bottom)
