I sometimes see old data in the window, other times I’m missing a submit button and sometimes it doesn’t seem to update the record when I click submit?
- Do you have more than one session (window) open with both logged into the application – either using the same logon or different logons? This will cause issues. Please be sure you have only one session open for LeadMaster.
- Security Settings can sometimes cause issues. Security should be set to ‘medium’. Click on Tools / Internet Options / Security / change to medium and click apply.
- Are you using the browser’s back button to navigate? You should only use the application navigation.
- Do you have caching enabled? You should set your browser to check for the most up-to-date page every time and clear your cache.
