You may save a Shortcut for a WorkGroup that will appear on the home page for logins of that WorkGroup.
There are several ways to create a shortcut. First, click on Administration; Home Page Shortcuts; Add Shortcut.

At this point you’ll be presented with ‘Add Home Page Shortcut’ page. Enter the name of the shortcut and select from the list of available reports and click submit (obscured by the dropdown in the image below).

Next you’ll need to specify the users that will be able to see the shortcut link on the home page from the Edit Home Page Shortcut page. You can specify users individually or you can use the checkbox to have the shortcut displayed on the home page of all users.

You can add or subtract users at anytime by selecting Edit from the ‘Home Page Shortcuts’ page. You can also delete your shortcuts from this page.

You can also create a shortcut directly from Reports.
Click on Reports and select the report you’d like to turn into a shortcut.
Once your report has been generated you can click on the ‘Create Shortcut’ button to add this report to your list of shortcuts on the home page.

Now the shortcuts for both the graph and the tabular report are displayed in the shortcuts section of the Home Page / Information Center.
