Q. John wants to send out word docs, possibly digital contracts that will allow clients to fill in blanks and respond. He would like that data to go directly into the CRM. Is this possible? I know that we can attach web forms to certain things, can they be attached to a mass mailing?

A. LeadX-press will allow users to send selected fields from a record including custom forms to the Contact and have them update information and submit it back to the CRM. Therefore the way to meet John’s requirements is to create the contract as a custom form.
